Hi! I'm Allison. I'm an artist, a brewer and a biochemist.

I encourage craft breweries to use scientific procedures and techniques to improve processes in effort to make high quality, unique beers. I learned very early on in my career to take my work seriously and to have a sense of humor. 

As a brewer and quality manager for breweries of all shapes and sizes all over the world, it is clear that more and more folks are educated and discerning when it comes to craft beer quality. I excel at creating very high quality products in very difficult environments.

My passion is using science to help breweries grow by improving product quality, consistency and stability. This specific and valuable skillset is crucial to creating a high quality product.
